Fashion Doctorz offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. In case you are not satisfied with Product you have 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products which you bought on any discount or offer are non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged against any other product.
There are a few basic rules to be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 2 business days from receiving the return consignment.
To start a return, you can contact us through our Contact Us page available on website or by writing to [email protected] If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange reverse pick up from your location. In some PIN Codes, reverse pickups are not available – we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected] Return Charges/ Exchange Charges If you wish to return any full price product from your order, a nominal charge of Rs. 100/- per product will be applicable against return shipment charges. The same will be deducted before processing the refund.
If you wish to exchange any full price product from your order, a nominal charge of Rs. 200/- per product will be applicable against return shipment charges and exchange product forward shipment charges. The same will be adjusted before processing your exchange order.
Damages & Issues
Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, We don’t accept Returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.
Exchanges
We offer Exchange for sizes only. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
